360° Campaign for Real Estate - Directly Digital

Directly Digital is a real estate industry disruptor that aim to make the most coveted luxurious properties accessible to the new generation of wealth by making deals as smooth and transparent as eCommerce purchases.

Building Directly Brand

We needed to communicate a simple message to the audience of newly wealthy investors, crypto-enthusiasts, and ambitious C-Suite level overachievers - Directly turns your wealth, regardless of its form, into world's most desirable real estate — securely, transparently, and commission-free. We pushed on all channels with our messaging, including an expansive CTV campaign to activate the segment of the audience that felt left out by the gatekeepers who preach that all of this is only for "Old Money" people.

Making luxury properties into FMCG

We positioned and advertised the entire catalog of properties on Directly's platform with real estate in Bali, Phuket, and Dubai, as a consumer good - accessible, transparent, and within reach of everyone who works want to work Directly with real estate developers. Our strategy aimed to democratize the entire process and the perception of property deals and communicate it as an act of rebellion against the establishment.

Punching above our weight Directly at the establishment

We have outperformed all the KPI’s for our campaigns 6X and brought in more than a hundred potential sales into Directly’s pipeline through brand activation and direct response campaigns on all channels.
